Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

What Are These Terms?

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ozark Web Services website and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ozark Web Services.

What Services Do We Provide?

Ozark Web Services provides custom web software development, technology consultations, and AI automation integrations for legacy systems. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

What Are Your Responsibilities?

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed for your project, reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes, and ensuring that any content or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or interfere with other users.

How Does Payment Work?

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding unpaid invoices until payment is received. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

Who Owns the Work Product?

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the development process. We may also retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project for future work, without disclosing your confidential information.

What Are the Limitations of Liability?

Ozark Web Services provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of deliverables for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

How Can These Terms Change?

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For active clients, we will provide direct notice of any material changes that affect ongoing projects. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
